BOĀ Studio, operated by Shaked Gilboa ("we," "us," "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through boastudio.art (the "Site"), for what purposes, and how you can contact us about it. This policy is written primarily with reference to Israeli law, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
Who we are
BOĀ Studio is an interior design studio for commercial spaces, operated by Shaked Gilboa, serving clients primarily in Israel. For any question about this policy or about your personal information, contact us at shaked@boastudio.art.
The contact form
When you use our contact form, you are asked to provide: company name, email address, phone number, company size, and, optionally, additional project details.
Providing this information is voluntary and is not required by any law. However, without the details we request as required fields (company name, email, phone number, and company size), we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.
We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we may be a good fit for your project, communicate with you as a prospective client, and, where a business relationship develops, to manage that relationship.
The contact form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing provider. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted to us via Web3Forms' infrastructure and is subject to Web3Forms' own privacy practices and terms, in addition to this policy. We do not control Web3Forms' infrastructure and encourage you to review its privacy policy directly for detail on how it handles data in transit.
Other information we collect
Analytics (only with your consent): with your consent, given through the cookie banner on this Site, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed, general device and browser information, and how visitors arrived at the Site. You can accept, decline, or change this choice at any time using "Cookie Preferences" in the Site's footer. We do not load these tools before you make a choice.
Local storage (not cookies): we store, on your own device, your language preference, your accessibility preferences (such as text size or contrast settings), and your cookie-consent choice. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not used to track you across other websites.
Fonts: this Site currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and general browser information as part of loading those files, in accordance with Google's own privacy practices.
Why we process your information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form, and to evaluate and manage any resulting business relationship.
- With your consent, to understand and improve how the Site is used (analytics).
Third parties involved in processing
- Web3Forms — processes and relays contact-form submissions to us.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Fonts) — provides analytics tools (only after consent) and font-loading services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any party for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep your information
We retain contact-form inquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above — including responding to your inquiry, pursuing a potential project, and, where a business relationship is formed, for the duration of that relationship and any period we are required or permitted to retain records under applicable law (for example, bookkeeping and tax record-keeping obligations). Where we no longer have a reasonable business or legal need to retain your information, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may be entitled to review the personal information we hold about you and, in appropriate circumstances, to request that we correct it. If you believe information we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete, or was obtained unlawfully, you may contact us to request correction or deletion. You may also withdraw your analytics consent at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.

If you are located outside Israel
This Site currently primarily serves clients in Israel; however, if you are contacting us from outside Israel, your information will still be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable Israeli law, and may also be processed by our service providers (Web3Forms, Google) in accordance with their own infrastructure and terms.
Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
